The occasion is a public screening of Jo Strømgren Kompani´s films Corona Sessions. In the framework of Corona Session a new dance film has been published every Friday since April 24th. The aim is to produce and publish a new film every Friday as long as the corona situation perists. Now we open the doors for an audience to see several of the film with introductions by Jo Strømgren Friday 29th of April at 19.00 at Dansens Hus, Oslo. Even though most of the world has come to a grinding halt, JSK has been and is at full throttle. JSK Corona Sessions marks their busiest production period ever. The concept is risky – let two artists meet for the first time. Not a big deal one could say, but if you restrict any preparations, add 4 cameras and shout “ACTION!” they quickly realize there is no safety net and things start to happen.
Exactly which films that will be screened with what artists is to be announced closer to the 29th.
The official guidelines are 50 persons in the audience, so therefore it is advanceable to buy tickets in advance. No tickets can be bought physically at Dansens Hus. It is also a good idea to allow for some time in advance to avoid queues - preferably half an hour prior to show time.
Non-alcoholic refreshments can be bought.
